At RideSenior, our mission is to make transportation easier, safer, and more comfortable for seniors and their families. We understand that many seniors may need to travel early in the morning or late in the evening for important reasons, including medical appointments, hospital visits, treatments, family needs, airport trips, or other personal commitments.
Because of this, RideSenior has decided not to apply any additional early morning or late-night service fees for rides booked before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
We believe that seniors should not feel penalized for needing transportation at difficult times. Many appointments, especially medical appointments, are scheduled very early in the day, and families often need a reliable service they can trust during those hours. Our goal is to support seniors with care, respect, and understanding.
RideSenior will continue to do our best to arrange rides based on driver availability. For early morning or late-night rides, we kindly encourage customers and families to book as early as possible so our team has enough time to coordinate a suitable driver.
Our commitment remains the same: to provide senior-friendly, door-to-door transportation with patience, care, and professionalism.
