The cutoff for online reservations is 24 hours prior to pickup. If you need a ride on shorter notice, please call or email us instead of using the form so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Important wheelchair information
RideSenior uses standard passenger vehicles only. We do not provide wheelchair vans with ramps or lifts. Wheelchair passengers must be able to transfer to a vehicle seat.

RideSenior does not currently provide ramp- or lift-equipped wheelchair vans. We cannot complete this booking when the passenger must remain seated in the wheelchair or when transfer ability is uncertain.
