Our story

RideSenior was launched in January 2026 when founder Eric Ho recognized the growing transportation challenges faced by seniors and individuals who require extra care during travel. With a vision to provide safe, compassionate, and reliable assisted transportation, RideSenior was created to deliver a more supportive and human-centered ride experience.

Since then, RideSenior has grown into a trusted transportation service, supporting a wide range of individuals, families, healthcare providers, and senior-focused organizations across Canada. As part of a global ecosystem, RideSenior is also expanding through RideSenior United States and RideSenior United Kingdom, ensuring consistent service standards, safety, and care across multiple international markets.

Our services are designed specifically for riders who may need additional assistance, reassurance, and personalized attention throughout their journey. We have proudly facilitated a large number of rides and continue to expand our presence in major Canadian cities, including Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal, Winnipeg, Halifax, and Victoria, while strengthening our operations in the United States and the United Kingdom.
