As RideSenior continues to expand into more cities and serve a growing number of seniors, we regularly review our pricing to ensure it reflects both the needs of our clients and the quality of service we provide. After carefully evaluating customer feedback and booking trends, we have redesigned our Care Plan pricing to offer better overall value than booking individual trips.
The new pricing structure has been created to make recurring transportation more accessible for seniors who regularly attend medical appointments such as dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, physiotherapy, specialist consultations, rehabilitation, and follow-up care. Families who rely on RideSenior every week or every month will benefit from more predictable costs while continuing to receive the same reliable and compassionate service.
Although our pricing has been updated, RideSenior remains committed to delivering professional door-to-door medical transportation with experienced drivers who understand the unique needs of older adults. Our focus has always been on providing dependable transportation that helps seniors attend important medical appointments safely, comfortably, and on time.
Existing Care Plan members with confirmed bookings will continue to receive service according to their current arrangements. The updated pricing will apply to new Care Plans purchased on or after July 26, 2026.
